What is on-demand consulting?

On-demand consulting is highly focused, time sensitive, productive consulting, conveniently scheduled for you, the client.

In the past, companies installing on-premise software had a group of consultants descend on their business. The group stayed, and billed, until you kicked them out. During this disruption, the business managers often felt like they were baby sitting. Some work completed, but why are these people here 40 hours a week? You know they are not working your implementation all 40 hours.

On-demand consulting aligns with NetSuite's on-demand business management software. We work remotely. We schedule and hold meetings together online. Adhoc meetings are also online. None of your time spent setting up our workplace. In other words, we work as the implementation demands - no more and no less.

NetSuite is a robust system, and you want to run it without costly IT personnel. After implementation you are going to need a NetSuite resource to consult, as your business and NetSuite evolve.

SightLines Consulting provides ongoing consulting services to our clients, on-demand. We do not implement and run. We continue to work with our NetSuite client as their requirements change, or as NetSuite rolls out new functions.

Our On-demand implementation model rolls out in 3 phases. First, there is the key Business Process Modelling where we dive into the details of how you do business, and document it. There are a lot of decisions made during an implementation and it's important to capture why and wherefore. We capture it all.

The second phase is the Design Prototype where we create your business scenarios in the software and run through them with you, in detail. Then we tweak the process as required and run through them again. Until you are satisfied.

Once you accept the design, we start phase 3, the system build out, training and cutover.
