Your business has grown in revenue and complexity. We gather your in-depth requirements and document them in both a requirements document and a set of visual business process flows. A set of documented process flows aid the implementation and your business ongoing.

The process flows form the basis of the prototypes we create with your team leads. The result of this effort is a Conference Room Pilot where we bring it all together, together. We test custom reports and KPIs, as well as the process flows. There is also a unit test for integrated 3rd party applications. This system test proves the design and usually brings up some functions that require tweaking. This package starts at $60,500 for the first year and $28,500 thereafter.

3. Train and Support
