SightLines has over 5 years of NetSuite Implementation experience. We were one of the first certified NetSuite Solution Providers to offer complete, remote implementations, because we quickly saw that the NetSuite implementation would not support an on site consulting team. Not only was the cost prohibitive, but there is no way that Small and Medium Enterprises can afford the time committment that on-premise consultation requires.

We knew from our background delivering on-premise software that the run rate for implementation services was often $5 to $8 for every $1 of licenses. Our Services run between $.80 to $1.20 per $1 of license. So we started to perform the implementation remotely, and we have now done over 75 NetSuite implementations using our efficient, on-demand model.

Clients often ask us to travel and we are always delighted to visit a client site and meet you face to face, especially when we need to understand your business requirements, or offer extensive training.

We try to keep projects moving forward while also being sensitive to the client's time and effort. We think the keys to successful projects are product expertise, flexibility and a good sense of humor. We keep a project plan to help guide us, but plans by themselves do not a successful project make. Hard work, good listening skills, patient training and strong business knowledge are very important, and very rare.

Our consulting methodology is not complex, but we believe that it guides the NetSuite implementation project very well and helps those who may not have done previous implementations understand the how and when of the project. Our goal at every step of the project is to limit your confusion, and your workload - to the extent possible. We want a client who understands not only the project flow but the NetSuite software, also.
